2009 Preview Membership Overview

If you are looking for a Golf or Leisure Club to call your own this is the perfect time to experience membership in Keswick Club. We currently have One Year Preview Memberships available in the following categories for Individuals or Families:

• Keswick Golf
• Keswick Second Club Golf
• Young Executive Golf
• Non-Resident Golf
• Leisure

• Non-Resident Country Leisure

Preview Membership Concept

Preview Members:

• Preview Members will be obligated to pay monthly dues for a minimum term of one year  and shall be subject to all applicable dues, fees and charges during this preview period.
• Preview Members are not required to pay an initial initiation fee upon joining the Club.
• Preview Members may elect to purchase a Membership anytime during their Preview Period and become a Full Member of Keswick Club.
• Currently Preview Members can elect to purchase their membership and take advantage of a five year annual payment program with no interest plus receive a special credit to their club account to be used towards goods and services.
• For a limited time New Members paying their first installment will be entered into a special drawing for a fabulous Orient-Express vacation.
• Membership privileges for Preview Members who do not elect to pay the Initiation Fee will end after the one year term.
• Family Membership privileges will be extended to the Member, Member’s spouse or significant other and dependent children under the age of 25.
• Individual Membership privileges are available to individuals who are unmarried.  Privileges will be extended to the Member only.

• Prospective new Members must submit their Membership Agreement and Addendum along with  a check for their first month’s dues in order to enjoy any of the benefits associated with the Preview Membership.
