Keswick Club's fitness center is equipped with a wide variety of cardio machines which are adapted to a silent listening system, Cybex strength training equipment and free weights.

Aquacise is an aerobic as well as a conditioning class that meets on M/W/F from 10:30 am - 11:30 am at the Keswick Club pool. This class is especially designed for participants to have fun while exercising! It is very useful for those who find movements on land too jarring and painful. However, just about anyone can participate because each person exercises at their own level. The class includes warm-up, aerobics, toning and conditioning using buoyancy equipment, and concludes with stretching. Water is an excellent environment for exercising, leaving the participant relaxed, yet energized.
Stretch & Tone is a 45-minute class that meets on M/W/F from 9:35 am - 10:20 am at the Keswick Club. It is designed for senior exercisers who want to stay active and fit. The focus is on posture, balance, flexibility, and strength. We begin with a warm up and end with stretching. This class is designed to work a little of everything for overall health and fitness, but it is not intended to be an aerobics class.
Body Sculpt is a 60 minute total body workout. In this class you will be using hands weights, body bars, resistance tubing, steps as a prop and stability balls. We will focus on bringing each muscle to failure, which is how you SCULPT the body. Recommended for all levels of fitness.
Body Blast complements the Body Sculpt class with 60 minutes of choreographed weight lifting targeting the bodies large muscle groups. Recommended for beginner to advance participants.
Cardio Combo is a 60 minute class incorporating 30 minutes cardiovascular conditioning by use of the step in choreographed sequences. We end class with 20 minutes of toning exercises. Recommended for beginner to intermediate participant.
Interval Conditioning 45/Mind Body is a high intensity mix of 5 minutes segments of cardio and resistance training. Lower level options are offered throughout the class. Total 45 minutes of heart pumping work followed directly by 45 minutes of Tia Chi fused with traditional Yoga and Pilates. All levels of fitness welcomed.
Cardio Fusion is a total cardiovascular 60 minute class fusing several types of cardio conditioning together; step, floor aerobics, kickboxing, are just a few. Class ends with a 15 minute abdominal section. Suggested to intermediate and advanced participants.
Zumba is a 60 minute aerobic exercise routine inspired by Latin dance, mixing body sculpting movements with easy- to- follow dance steps. Recommended for all levels of fitness.
